Our Team

Pastors Leidmar & Raquel LOPES are the founders and Senior Pastors of ALLIANCE Church, multi-ethnic congregation that gathers in 1 physical location in Deerfield Beach / South Florida and throughout our ALLIANCE Groups in Broward County.

Leidmar & Raquel LOPES serve on the lead team of the ALLIANCE International Outreach, a fellowship of churches, Alliance4HOPE Foundation, as well as on the Board of IDEA Publishing Group, IDEA Magazine. Pastor Leidmar founded iFOCUS Institute of Leadership, he is a Board Member at LCI - Latino Coalition for Israel.  He also founded APEBUSA - the Brazilian Evangelical Pastors Association of USA,  across denominations gathering of pastors, and serves as its actual President, he is a founding member and certified at The John Maxwell TEAM, member of The Brazilian Citizen Counsel (an arm of the International Relations Ministry of Brazil / General Consulate of BRASIL in Miami).

Raquel LOPES – Pastor, had make her way as Business, HR and Financial Market professional, Studied theology, Family Counselor (pursuing a Master in Family Counseling), just to mention a few.

Leidmar & Raquel LOPES have led and participated in humanitarian aid, emergency relief, and mission work around the world. Together they have three kids, Caleb L Lopes, who graduated in Computer Science (pursuing his Master), Kyle L Lopes, is a student at Florida Atlantic University and Allyssa R Lopes, doing her dual enrollment Highschool/College at once. Believe they wear many other hats.

Os pastores Leidmar e Raquel LOPES são os fundadores e pastores seniores da ALLIANCE Church, congregação multiétnica que se reúne em 1 local físico em Deerfield Beach / Sul da Flórida e em todos os nossos grupos ALLIANCE no condado de Broward.

Leidmar & Raquel LOPES atuam como Lideres principais da ALLIANCE International Outreach, uma irmandade de igrejas, Alliance4HOPE Foundation, bem como no Conselho do IDEA Publishing Group, IDEA Magazine. O Pastor Leidmar fundou o Instituto iFOCUS de Liderança, ele é membro do Conselho de LCI - Coalition Latina para Israel. Ele também fundou a APEBUSA - Associação Brasileira de Pastores Evangélicos dos EUA, que reúne pastores em meio as mais diversas denominações , e atua como seu atual Presidente,  é um membro fundador e certificado da The John Maxwell TEAM, membro do Conselho de Cidadãos Brasileiros (um braço do Itamaraty - Ministério das Relações Exteriores do Brasil / Junto ao Consulado Geral do BRASIL em Miami).

Raquel LOPES - Pastora, fez carreira como profissional de Negócios, RH e Mercado Financeiro, Estudou Teologia, Conselheira de Família (cursando Mestrado em Aconselhamento Familiar), só para citar alguns.

Leidmar & Raquel LOPES lideraram e participaram de ajuda humanitária, ajuda emergencial e trabalho missionário em varias regioes de extrema necessidade em varias regioes do mundo. Juntos, eles têm três filhos, Caleb L Lopes, que se formou em Ciência da Computação (cursando o Mestrado); Kyle L Lopes, é formado pela Florida Atlantic University e Bus.Adm./IMS (cursando Mestrado); Allyssa R Lopes, cursando ao mesmo tempo a dupla matrícula no Highschool / College FAU. Acredite,  eles desempenham muitas outras competencias.
